We recently represented a college student who was sideswiped by a commercial truck on their way home for Thanksgiving. Although they still went home after the collision, they began to feel significant neck and back pain once they returned from holiday break. We were able to show how their injuries, treatment, and added anxiety affected their performance as a student. Our client was rightfully awarded $115K for pain and suffering.
