Our client was driving down a state highway road in South Carolina, when someone suddenly backed out of their driveway onto the road, causing a significant collision. Our client was rushed to the hospital for several serious injuries, including having some of their intestinal tract removed. We were able to secure the full policy limits for this client. Additionally, because the insurance company never offered our client underinsured motorist coverage, we were able to convince their insurance to pay out underinsured motorist coverage even though it wasn’t listed on our client’s policy.
