Kevin is a Charlotte personal injury and wrongful death attorney who returned home after 12 years as a Navy JAG officer to do what he’s always done best: fight for individuals against powerful opponents. Having grown up in his mother’s personal injury law office and spent part of his military career defending servicemembers facing the full weight of the government, he brings a rare combination of courtroom intensity and genuine empathy to every case. Today he leads a firm built on a single obsession: becoming the go-to experts in personal injury and wrongful death law in Charlotte and winning for the people who need it most.
