Gina Posey, a native of Jacksonville, Florida, has vigorously worked in the legal field for almost 20 years from Corporate Law working as a Contract Representative with Universal Studios Orlando to Tort Law, as a paralegal working in Personal Injury and Wrongful Death cases. Over the span of her legal career, Gina has worked on several nationally publicized cases alongside legendary attorneys. In 2021, Gina became a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.

Further to know about Gina, she holds a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. She’s registered as a Provisional Marriage and Family Therapist Licensee with the State of Florida, and her heartfelt desire is to see individuals and families living an abundant life. In 2014, she published her first book entitled, “Dancing Through the Storms of Life”, a book that empowers healthy relationship building, and 500 books were released and sold within one week. Gina brings a wealth of experience in the personal injury practice at Edwards Injury Law and is a stalwart in assisting in getting cases resolved pre-litigation.

I believe that people want to know that you genuinely care before they are willing to listen. And most people can recognize when you are being fake vs. being genuine. So, it’s easier to maintain one face then multiple faces, at some point, it becomes too exhausting.
