Fuel Their Dreams: A Back to School Block Party
Every child and every family deserves to begin the school year feeling prepared, confident, and supported.
Fuel Their Dreams was created to do just that.
More than a backpack giveaway, Fuel Their Dreams is a celebration of community – bringing together students, families, educators, and local organizations for an afternoon of fun, connection, and resources to help kick off a successful school year.
Hosted by Edwards Injury Law in partnership with the Cherry Community Association and Pleasant Hill Missionary Baptist Church – this free event is designed to equip students for the year ahead while connecting families with valuable resources and celebrating the strength of our community.
Join us for:
- Free backpacks and school supplies (while supplies last)
- Live DJ and entertainment
- Food trucks and refreshments
- A Kids Zone with bounce houses and family activities
- A Family Resource Village featuring CMS and community organizations dedicated to helping families thrive
